WEIGHT LIMIT IMPOSED ON STONE HARBOR BRIDGE, ISSUES FOUND

An inspection revealed some problems with Stone Harbor’s 96th Street bridge, and now there is a 15 ton weight limit in effect.  All trucks and busses that have to enter the 7 Mile Island will now do so through Avalon Boulevard.  Repairs will occur overnight until Friday, and then continue next week.  The bridge will …
