DEVELOPING: POTENTIAL GAS LEAK FORCES LOCAL SCHOOL EVACUATION

Students and teachers were evacuated this morning from the Jordan Road School in Somers Point due to a potential gas leak. The Press of Atlantic City reports that the school’s fire alarm was going off as parents arrived to drop students off for the day. South Jersey Gas has responded to the potential leak.

THREE SHOT DURING RAMPAGE IN HAMILTON TOWNSHIP

Authorities in Hamilton Township say three people were shot at the Brandywood condo complex. Both New Jersey State Police and Hamilton Township Police remain at the scene this morning investigating the shooting. No word yet on a suspect or the extent of the victims’ injuries.
