COAST GUARD SEARCHING FOR MISSING KITE SURFER

The United States Coast Guard is searching for a man who went kite surfacing in Sandy Hook and never resurfaced on Friday. Authorities believe the man may have been struck by a boat. Helicopters will continue the search on Saturday. ##

UPDATE: JUDGE MENDEZ BLOCKS MARGATE DUNE PROJECT, FOR NOW
