EXTENSION OF OUTDOOR MUSIC BOMBS IN SEA ISLE CITY

May was not a great month for visitation due to soggy, cool weather, but the Atlantic City casinos did very well.  New win figures show an increase of 2.5 percent in gaming revenue compared to May, 2016.  Internet gaming also increased by a staggering 27.3 percent. ##

AREA MAN KILLED DURING WRECK ON AC EXPRESSWAY

58 year old Richard Shontz of Mullica Township lost his life Tuesday evening during an accident on the Atlantic City Expressway near Hammonton.  State Police say Shontz suffered a medical emergency while driving a pickup truck and collided with a concrete barrier along the Expressway. ##

SOUTH JERSEY HOSPITAL WING TO GET A NEW NAME

A section of the Inspira Medical Center in Vineland will get a name change tomorrow following a donation of $1 million.  A ceremony will be held Thursday to announce the name of the local physician who made the generous donation to the heath care facility that is located just off Route 55. ##

POLICE IDENITFY DROWNING VICTIM IN LOCAL QUARRY

Hamilton Township Police have identified the 23 year old Pleasantville man who drowned in a local quarry.  Police say the deceased is Lenyn Mercedes-Payamps.  The victim attempted to swim in the quarry but drowned; his body was found three hours later. ##
