SMOKING BAN COMING TO NORTH WILDWOOD BOARDWALK

A smoking ban is coming to the North Wildwood boardwalk.  The ban will not technically go into effect until next summer, but signs will be erected on the boardwalk asking visitors not to light up.  Wildwood is also going to enact a smoking ban on its boardwalk as well. ##

FOOD TRUCK FESTIVAL COMING TO VINELAND IN AUGUST

Vineland will be holding a food truck festival later this summer.  Main Street Vineland and Stallion Marketing announced that the festival will be held in Vineland on August 6th from 11am until 6pm.  A dozen food trucks and other attractions are expected. ##

Woodbine residents can now pay their water bills online.  Woodbine Mayor William Pikolycky announced that both water bills and municipal taxes can now be paid online, thanks to the dissolution of the Woodbine Municipal Utilities Authority. ##

A family game room at the Crest Pier Recreation Center has been dedicated in the name of former Wildwood Crest mayor John Pantalone.  Borough Commissioners were on hand for the dedication held last weekend.  Pantalone is credited for many of the recreation programs and initiatives in the Crest. ##

SUSPECT INDICTED IN CONNECTION WITH ATLANTIC CITY MURDER

43 year old Joseph McCoy has been indicted by a grand jury on charges that he murdered 23 year old Jacqueline Hoyle in Atlantic City in December.  McCoy was been indicted on four counts, including one for murder.  He could face at least 30 years in prison on the murder charge alone. ##
