A man who’s stomach was burned when he drank a beer tainted with a caustic chemical in Atlantic City has been awarded a $750,000 judgement. Richard Washart suffered severe internal burns when he ingested the beer at McCormick & Schmick’s Restaurant at Harrah’s casino. The restaurant blamed a beverage company for causing the error.
