MOREYS PIERS SHUTS DOWN “IT” RIDE AS A PRECAUTION

Moreys Piers has shut down the “It” ride on the Wildwood boardwalk due to the malfunction of a similar ride at an event in Ohio. That malfunction resulted in riders being tossed from the ride; one person was killed. Moreys announced that “It” will be shut down for a couple of weeks. ##

SPORTS: SCUDERI RESIGNS AS MIDDLE TOWNSHIP LACROSSE COACH

A major loss for the local high school sports scene as Jackie Scuderi has resigned her position as girls lacrosse coach at Middle Township High School.
