TOZER PLEADS GUILTY TO AGGRAVATED MANSLAUGHTER

A 52 year old Middle Township man has pleaded guilty to a count of aggravated manslaughter following the stabbing of another man at a Rio Grande Motel in 2017.  Herbert Tozer will receive a prison sentence of between ten and 30 years for the crime.  The stabbing took place at the Country Motel on Route …
