GUADAGNO VOTES FOR HERSELF, SAYS POLLS ARE SAFE FROM HACKERS

Among those casting a vote in the New Jersey primary election today?  Lt. Gov. Kim Guadagno, who voted for herself in the republican gubernatorial primary.  Guadagno told reporters after she voted that the State’s polls are safe from hackers because cartridges installed in the voting booths prevent any internet attacks. ##

POPULAR SOUTH JERSEY DINER MAY BE RAZED FOR ANOTHER WAWA

Another popular South Jersey diner may meet the wrecking ball to make room for another Wawa convenience store.  An application will be heard in Brooklawn later this month by Wawa who wants to tear down the Metro Diner located on Route 130 so the company can build another convenience store. ##

DEER RUNS ACROSS PARKWAY, FOUR VEHICLES COLLIDE

A deer that ran across the Garden State Parkway in Ocean Township caused a four vehicle pileup that sent five people to the hospital.  State Police say a car struck a deer that caused another car to plow into the rear of the first vehicle, setting off a chain reaction accident. ##

TUESDAY IS PRIMARY ELECTION DAY IN THE GARDEN STATE

Tuesday is primary Election Day in the Garden State.  Voters will head to the polls to choose republican and democratic candidates to run in the November election.  The biggest battle in New Jersey is the republican nominee for governor, with leading candidates Kim Guadagno and Jack Ciattarelli. ##
